Refund policy

If, for any reason, your order does not meet your expectations, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Items purchased from Clearance Collection are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin your return, please contact our team online@parisjewellers.ca with your order number and full name. Our team will be pleased to assist you and guide you through the return process.

Holiday Return Extension

As a courtesy during the Holiday Season, we have extended our return period. Orders placed between November 5 and December 31 may be returned until January 31.

Please note: Due to the exceptionally high volume of sales in our boutiques, exchanges cannot be processed on December 26.

Return Conditions

To ensure the safe return of your jewellery, all items must be:

• Returned in their original packaging In their original, unworn, and unaltered condition
• Accompanied by all applicable Diamond Certificates, Care Plans, and Guarantees
• Accompanied by any gift-with-purchase items, where applicable

We kindly ask that you take care when preparing your return, as items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a return or exchange.
