If your order includes an item which is back-ordered or qualifies as a special order (i.e. non-stocked ring size) you will be contacted via email, confirming the estimated delivery date. Your confirmation will be required to proceed with the order. For orders that contain both in stock and special order items, the entire order will be shipped together upon our receipt of the special order item(s), unless we are notified otherwise.

Transit time will follow the time frame outlined above. Once your confirmation is received your credit card will be charged. You will receive email confirmation advising when the order is ready to ship. If you choose to cancel your order, your credit card will not be charged.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation letting you know we have received it along with an order number, order details and a tracking ID.If you do not receive the confirmation email, contact our customer service representatives at 1-866-78-PARIS. We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears suspect or fraudulent.

If for some reason you're unhappy with your order, items can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. Items purchased from our clearance section are eligible for exchange or credit note only.

Items must be returned in their original packaging with the items in original, unworn, unaltered condition. It has to include Diamond Certificates, Care Plans, Guarantees, and any gift with purchase items if applicable.

1. Contact us at online@parisjewellerscanada.com and indicate the products you are going to return, giving your order number and postal code. Follow the indicated steps.
2. Prepare your package
   Pack the items you want to return in a box in good condition and which is securely sealed. Please ensure to properly address your package. For security purposes, do not write Paris Jewellers anywhere on the outside of your package. Write Service and Design Center. Paris Jewellers is not liable/responsible for any lost or returned packages sent not completely sealed or taped.
3. Bring the package to your nearest Canada Post location
   Once you have prepared your package, bring it to your closest Canada Post service location. Here you can find them listed.
4. Receive your refund once we your return is approved
   After receiving your package, we’ll approve your return if everything is in its original, unworn, unaltered condition. We aim to process all returned orders within 5-7 business days on receiving your package, however this may take up to 30 working days during the busier times of the year or even your financial institution.

*Make sure to have your return dropped off within 30 days from when you receive your order to receive your refund.

Returns will not be processed for any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured packages and will be returned to the sender. Items that have been damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.

Refunds on orders placed using Klarna, Flexiti or Afterpay will be refunded from the same financing option you’ve chosen.

If you’re unsure of your partner’s ring size prior to purchasing your engagement ring, it can be a challenge to get an absolutely perfect fit. We recommend seeing if you can “borrow” a piece of their existing jewellery to find out their approximate size, or inquiring to see if anyone close to them know the exact size they need. If all else fails, resizing after the fact is usually an easy process and should be no cause for additional stress.

GIA (Gemological Institute of America) diamond certificates provide a detailed assessment of a diamond's quality, including its cut, color, clarity, and carat weight. These certificates are issued by a reputable gemological laboratory and offer an unbiased evaluation of the diamond's characteristics.

The 4 Cs refer to Cut, Color, Clarity, and Carat weight. These criteria are used to evaluate and grade diamonds:

• Cut: Refers to how well a diamond's facets interact with light.
• Color: Measures the absence of color in a diamond, with the best diamonds being colorless.
• Clarity: Assesses the presence of internal or external imperfections (inclusions and blemishes).
• Carat: Indicates the weight of the diamond.

“Cut” refers to how well a diamond has been shaped and faceted. It affects how the diamond reflects light and contributes to its overall brilliance and sparkle. The quality of the cut can range from Poor to Excellent.
