What are my shipping fees and delivery options?

Shipping timelines are approximate and don't account for weekends, holidays, or potential delays (like weather or traffic).

Personalized orders:Ā 

ā€‹ā€‹If your order includes an item which is back-ordered or qualifies as a special order (i.e. non-stocked ring size) you will be contacted via email, confirming the estimated delivery date. Your confirmation will be required to proceed with the order. For orders that contain both in stock and special order items, the entire order will be shipped together upon our receipt of the special order item(s), unless we are notified otherwise. Transit time will follow the time frame outlined above. Once your confirmation is received your credit card will be charged. You will receive email confirmation advising when the order is ready to ship. If you choose to cancel your order, your credit card will not be charged.

Where do you ship to?

Paris Jewellers is pleased to offer convenient shipping across Canada and USA with arrival dates ranging from 2-5 business days with standard ground shipping and as little as 1-2 business days for priority orders. Can I ship my package in the store?

Yes, and itā€™s free of charge. Weā€™ll notify you via email when your order is ready. Pickup within 14 days.

How do I change my shipping address?

You can update your address within one hour of placing your order in My Account > My Orders.Ā 

I think my package was lost or stolen. What should I do?

Paris Jewellers ensures all orders are fully insured during transit and require a signature upon delivery. Contact us right away at [email protected], and weā€™ll help resolve the issue.

What is your exchange & return policy in Canada?

If for some reason you're unhappy with your order, items can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. Items purchased from our clearance section are eligible for exchange or credit note only.

*Our return deadlines are extended for the Holiday Season. For any orders placed between the 5th of November and 31st of December, you will be able to return them to us until January 31st.
**Please note that we do not process exchanges on December 26 due to the volume of sales in our stores.
Items must be returned in their original packaging with the items in original, unworn, unaltered condition. It has to include Diamond Certificates, Care Plans, Guarantees, and any gift with purchase items if applicable.

How do I return my item online?

There are two different ways to make a return:

Online returns

Fill out the web form for returns and exchanges

  1. Complete this form
    Indicate the products you are going to return, giving your order number and postal code. Follow the indicated steps.
  2. Prepare your package
    Pack the items you want to return in a box in good condition and which is securely sealed. Please ensure to properly address your package. For security purposes, do not write Paris Jewellers anywhere on the outside of your package. Write Service and Design Center. Paris Jewellers is not liable/responsible for any lost or returned packages sent not completely sealed or taped.
  3. Bring the package to your nearest Canada Post location
    Once you have prepared your package, bring it to your closest Canada Post service location. Here you can find them listed.
  4. Receive your refund once we your return is approved
    After receiving your package, weā€™ll approve your return if everything is in its original, unworn, unaltered condition. We aim to process all returned orders within 5-7 business days on receiving your package, however this may take up to 30 working days during the busier times of the year or even your financial institution.

*Make sure to have your return dropped off within 30 days from when you receive your order to receive your refund.

Returns will not be processed for any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured packages and will be returned to the sender. Items that have been damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.

How do I return my item in-store?

In-store returns

  1. Find your nearest store
    Go to one of our Paris Jewellers stores. You can find the addresses here.
  2. Return the items in store
    They do not need to be packaged. They only need to have their original invoice and be in their original, unworn, unaltered condition. Note that our retail stores will not be able to process the refund but will be able to ship the product back to our Service and Design Centre for refund processing.

*Make sure to have your return dropped off within 30 days from when you receive your order to receive your refund. Returns will not be processed for any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured packages and will be returned to the sender. Items that have been damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.

When will I be refunded?

We aim to process all returned orders within 5-7 working days, however this may take up to 30 working days during busier times of year and due to your financial institution.
All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.

Youā€™ll get a tracking number with the generated printed label, and you can use it to monitor the status and location of your return

How much do online returns cost?

In-store returns and online returns are FREE.

What if my return is late?

After 30 days from when you receive your order, items are ineligible to be returned or exchanged. We wonā€™t be able to process the return or exchange if you are outside of your return window.

What products arenā€™t eligible for return?

We're unable to accept returns on engraved, or any other personalized items, as weā€™ve customized these pieces especially for you.

Items purchased from our clearance section are eligible for exchange or credit note only.

Can I return an item purchased using Klarna or Flexity?

Refunds on orders placed using Klarna, Flexiti or Afterpay will be refunded from the same financing option youā€™ve chosen.

Can I return a gift card?

Gift cards are non-transferrable and cannot be returned or redeemed for cash. Any unused balance will remain available for future purchase under the same gift card reference code. Paris Jewellers is not responsible for stolen or misplaced gift cards.

Where can I find my order number?

Youā€™ll get an order confirmation email after your purchase with your order number. You can also find details in My Account > Orders.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, youā€™ll receive a tracking email with a link to monitor its journey. You can also track your order in My Account > Orders

How do I know my order is confirmed?

After placing your order, youā€™ll receive a confirmation email with your order number and a summary of your basket. Details are also available in My Account > Orders. If you donā€™t receive a confirmation, email us at [email protected] to check your order status.

Can I cancel or modify my order once it has been placed?

You can cancel your order within one hour of placing it through My Account > My Orders. After that, changes can no longerĀ  be made.

My Paris Jewellers piece broke. Can I repare it?

Paris Jewellers offers an extensive care plan designed to offer peace of mind and help your ring stay looking its best for years to come. Available in either a 3 year or lifetime segment, the care plan helps in the case of loosening stones or other issues that can arise over time.

Does Paris cover lost jewellery?

Paris doesn't cover lost jewellery, but we highly encourage you to buy a jewellery care plan. You can learn more about it on our page.

Are Paris warranties transferable?

All warranties cannot be transferred and are only applicable to the original purchaser.Ā 

How do I take care of my jewellery?

To keep your jewelry looking its best, clean it regularly with a soft cloth and mild soap. Avoid exposing it to harsh chemicals or wearing it during strenuous activities.

How do I figure out my ring size?

We recommend checking our size guide to help you find the perfect size.Ā 

If youā€™re unsure of your partnerā€™s ring size prior to purchasing your engagement ring, it can be a challenge to get an absolutely perfect fit. We recommend seeing if you can ā€œborrowā€ a piece of their existing jewellery to find out their approximate size, or inquiring to see if anyone close to them know the exact size they need. If all else fails, resizing after the fact is usually an easy process and should be no cause for additional stress.

How do I figure out my bracelet size?

Measure your wrist with a soft tape measure or string, then add a little extra for comfort. Check our bracelet size guide here to find the right fit, or visit us in-store for an accurate measurement.

Expect a minimum turnaround of 3-4 weeks, though exact times may vary.

Digital samples of the design will be provided for your approval before the item is produced.

What are GIA diamond certificates?
GIA (Gemological Institute of America) diamond certificates provide a detailed assessment of a diamond's quality, including its cut, color, clarity, and carat weight. What are the 4 Cs?

The 4 Cs refer to Cut, Color, Clarity, and Carat weight. These criteria are used to evaluate and grade diamonds:
