What are you grateful for?
I am grateful for my immediate and extended family! They are always there for me when I need someone to talk to.
What is your favourite customer story?
I recently had a lady in the store looking for men’s rings for her soon to be fiance. So naturally I had to hear her story! He is in Afghanistan working, and has been there for 4 years. He found her on facebook and they started talking. Over the last year they have had many Skype calls, but have never met in person. He will be coming home in a couple of months and the two will finally get to see each other! They are already planning on getting married as soon as possible. She wants a big ring for him so he has to go bigger for her ring!
What did you want to be when you grew up?
I wanted to be a veterinarian!
Pet peeve?
When you call someone and it takes days to hear back from them!
What was the last random act of kindness that you did?
I was at a dart tournament over the weekend, and I assisted a lady carry her food back to the table as I noticed she was struggling to maneuver her walker with her plate.
What is your favourite piece of jewellery?
RIN-ENG-0085. I have loved this engagement ring for years and have dreams about the day that it will have a permanent home on my finger 🙂
Who inspires you?
My grandparents! They have been married for 56 years and they love each other unconditionally. I would love to have a marriage as strong as theirs!
What’s your favourite food indulgence?
Pizza!
What’s the best advice you’ve ever received?
No matter how tough you think your life might be, it could always be worse. Be thankful for what you have.
