I’m grateful for my incredibly supportive family; at home and at work!
Best customer story?
While I was managing an Edmonton location I helped a lovely couple that came in looking for a matching band to an engagement ring purchased overseas – something unique, custom, and personal. I worked with the two of them for weeks exchanging drawings and ideas until we had the perfect ring! It was 14kt yellow gold with rubies and diamonds. It looked gorgeous on her finger! I got wedding photos from them a few months ago and recently learned that they are now expecting their first child! Such a blessing to be part of their life!
What was the last random act of kindness that you did?
I drove someone to a bus stop while it was raining. He looked so miserable so I stopped at the side of the road and asked where he was going. It wasn’t far but I know it cheered him up after a long day.
Who inspires you?
I’m inspired by anybody creative – especially musicians! I have no musical talent and I think that creative people should share their art with the world! You never know who it will inspire!
What’s your favourite piece of jewellery?
I’m obsessed with RIN-SIL-0448… It’s going to be my next ‘present’ to myself!
What’s your favourite food indulgence?
I have too many! Specifically; there are these amazing dark chocolate covered pretzels with salted caramel… I want people to leave them on my grave when I die!

What did you want to be when you grew up?
I was a really focused child – growing up I wanted to be a paleontologist more than anything! Every summer I would beg my parents to drive down to Drumheller for the museum there!
If you could live anywhere, where would it be?
I was born and raised in Alberta, so I will always live here. I really want to travel the world, but Canada will always be my home!.
